Sec. 252.104. BOND OF ROAD COMMISSIONER.
(a)Before assuming the duties of a road commissioner, a road commissioner must execute a bond with one or more good and sufficient sureties payable to the county judge in the amount of $1,000, conditioned on the faithful performance of the road commissioner's duties.
(b)To be effective, the bond must be approved by the county judge.
