Sec. 1006.053. TERM OF OFFICE; VACANCY.
(a)The six members of the authority appointed by the governor serve staggered six-year terms, with the terms of two members expiring February 1 of each odd-numbered year.
(b)If there is a vacancy during a term, the governor shall appoint a replacement who meets the requirements of the vacant office to fill the unexpired term.
