Sec. 9601.213. REFUNDING BONDS.
(a)The district may issue refunding bonds to refund all or part of its outstanding bonds issued under this chapter, including matured but unpaid interest and obligations incurred under a credit agreement.
(b)Refunding bonds may be issued in the manner provided by Chapter 1207 , Government Code.
