Sec. 9601.008. MEMBER IMMUNITY. A member has immunity from suit and immunity from liability in any action or proceeding brought by another member arising out of or relating to the changes in law made by the Act enacting this section. SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
