Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 9305.0204. BALLOT PETITION.

(a)A person who wants the person's name printed on the ballot as a candidate for director must submit to the board's secretary a petition requesting that action.
(b)The petition must be signed by at least 10 residents of the district who are qualified to vote at the election.
