Sec. 9015.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1)"Authority" means the Alice Water Authority.
(2)"Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
(3)"City" means the City of Alice.
(4)"Corpus Christi" means the City of Corpus Christi.
(5)"Director" means a member of the board.
(6)"Nueces district" means the Lower Nueces Water Supply District.
