Sec. 8893.0004. CONFLICTS OF LAW.
(a)This section applies only to a provision of Chapter 36 , Water Code, enacted on or before June 12, 2017.
(b)If there is a conflict between this chapter and Chapter 36 , Water Code, this chapter controls.
