Sec. 8886.004. CONFLICTS OF LAW.
(a)Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, if there is a conflict between this chapter and Chapter 49 , 51 , or 36 , Water Code, this chapter controls.
(b)If there is a conflict between Chapter 49 or 51 , Water Code, and Chapter 36 , Water Code, Chapter 36 controls.
