Sec. 8864.054. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE.
(a)To qualify as a candidate for or serve as director at large, a person must be:
(1)at least 18 years of age;
(2)a resident of the district; and
(3)a registered voter in the district.
(b)To be a candidate for or serve as director from a county commissioners precinct, a person must be:
(1)at least 18 years of age;
(2)a resident of that precinct; and
(3)a registered voter of that precinct.
