Sec. 8801.108. RULES.

(a)After notice and hearing, the board shall adopt rules designed to expeditiously and effectively implement this chapter and accomplish its purpose, including rules governing procedures before the board. The board may adopt rules to prevent the waste of groundwater or the degradation of water quality. The board shall enforce the rules.
(b)The board shall compile its rules in a book and make the rules available for use and inspection at the district's principal office.
