Sec. 8510.0107. APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER TO CERTAIN COUNTIES. Except as provided by Section 8510.0108 , this chapter does not apply to Bowie, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Marion, Morris, or Titus County.
