Sec. 8504.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1)"Authority" means the Lower Neches Valley Authority.
(2)"Basins" means the Neches River basin and the adjoining Neches-Trinity coastal basin.
(3)"Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
(4)"Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
(5)"Director" means a member of the board.
