Sec. 8503.018. ADDITIONAL POWERS RELATING TO CONTRACTS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS. The authority may, but without intending by this provision to limit any powers of the authority as granted to it by this chapter or other general law, enter into and carry out contracts or establish or comply with rules and regulations concerning labor and materials and other related matters in connection with any project or projects as the authority considers desirable or as requested by the United States, this state, or any corporation or agency created, designated, or established by the United States or this state that may assist in the financing of the project or projects.
