Sec. 8503.002. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1)"Authority" means the Lower Colorado River Authority.
(2)"Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
(2-a) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
(3)"Director" means a member of the board.
