Sec. 8145.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1)"Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2)"City" means the City of Texas City, Texas.
(3)"Director" means a member of the board.
(4)"District" means the Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 63.
