Sec. 8102.101. GENERAL RIGHTS, POWERS, PRIVILEGES, AND FUNCTIONS.
(a)The district has all of the rights, powers, privileges, and functions provided by the general laws of this state applicable to municipal utility districts, including Chapters 49 and 54 , Water Code.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729, Sec. 2.02, eff. April 1, 2007.
