Sec. 8085.0107. EFFECT OF ANNEXATION. Notwithstanding any other law, if any of the territory of the district is annexed by the city into the city's corporate limits, the district:
(1)retains all of the district's outstanding debt and obligations; and
(2)is not dissolved.
