Sec. 7811.054. BOARD VACANCY.

(a)If a director dies, resigns, or ceases to possess the qualifications required for office, the board shall declare the person's office vacant.
(b)The constituent municipality that appointed the director whose position is vacant shall appoint a successor to fill the unexpired term.
