Sec. 7807.105. CONTRACTS FOR FACILITIES AND IMPROVEMENTS; ELECTION NOT REQUIRED.

(a)The district may enter into a contract with the United States, the City of Carrollton, the City of Farmers Branch, another public body, or an individual, corporation, or other entity for the operation and maintenance of or construction of any facility or improvement authorized by this chapter.
(b)The district is not required to hold an election to approve a contract described by Subsection (a).
