Sec. 7807.053. DIRECTOR'S BOND.
(a)Each director shall qualify by giving bond in the amount of $5,000 for the faithful performance of the director's duties.
(b)The bond must be:
(1)approved by the board; and
(2)recorded in the official bond records of the county clerk of Dallas County.
(c)Each director shall file the bond as soon as practicable after the director's appointment.
