Sec. 6913.251. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS.
(a)The district may issue bonds to carry out any power conferred by this chapter, including the power to provide a source of water supply for any person for municipal, domestic, or industrial purposes.
(b)The bonds must be authorized by a board resolution.
