Sec. 6913.056. ANNEXATION HEARING.
(a)The annexation hearing may proceed in the order and under the rules prescribed by the commissioners court, and the court may recess the hearing.
(b)Any interested person may appear at the annexation hearing and offer evidence for or against the proposed annexation.
