Sec. 6610.058. DISTRICT EMPLOYEES.
(a)The board shall set the compensation of the general manager, attorneys, engineers, and all other employees of the district.
(b)The board shall set the term and time of employment of all employees of the district and the method by which an employee may be discharged.
