Sec. 6604.103. DISPOSAL OR LEASE OF DISTRICT PROPERTY.

(a)The district may dispose of property or a property right that is not needed for a district purpose.
(b)The district may lease property or a property right for a purpose that does not interfere with the district's use of the property.
