Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 5008.0302. AUTHORITY TO SELL LAND. The district may sell any part of land the district owns to any government or governmental agency, including this state or the United States, for any amount of money the board considers prudent and advisable if the board considers the sale necessary and advisable for the proper development of the port.
