Sec. 5004.151. FORM OF ACCOUNTS; MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS; PUBLIC INSPECTION.

(a)The board shall keep complete and accurate accounts conforming to approved methods of bookkeeping.
(b)The accounts and all contracts, documents, and records shall be:
(1)kept at the district's office; and
(2)open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
