Sec. 5004.006. EFFECT OF CHAPTER ON NORTHEAST TEXAS MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT. It is recognized that the district boundaries described by Section 5004.005 partly overlap an area in the Northeast Texas Municipal Water District as created by Chapter 78, Acts of the 53rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1953 (Article 8280-147, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes). This chapter does not alter in any manner the rights, duties, privileges, powers, or immunities of that district. SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
