Sec. 3986.0109. COMPLIANCE WITH AND ENFORCEABILITY OF MUNICIPAL CONSENT AGREEMENT, ORDINANCE, OR RESOLUTION.

(a)The district shall comply with all applicable requirements of any ordinance or resolution that consents to the creation of the district or to the inclusion of land in the district.
(b)Any agreement between the district and a municipality related to the municipality's consent to the creation of the district, including a development agreement, is valid and enforceable. SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
