Sec. 3972.0101. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1)"Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2)"City" means the City of El Paso.
(3)"Director" means a board member.
(4)"District" means the City of El Paso Municipal Management District No. 1.
