Sec. 3949.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1)"Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2)"County" means Harris County.
(3)"Director" means a board member.
(4)"District" means the Grand Northwest Municipal Management District, formerly the Grand Northwest Municipal Utility District.
