Sec. 3946.205. NO FURTHER CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED. Any person, including the city, may contract with the district to carry out the purposes of this chapter without further statutory or other kind of authorization. SUBCHAPTER F. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
