Sec. 3943.0303. FIREFIGHTING AND MEDICAL EMERGENCY SERVICES PROHIBITED.
(a)The district may not engage in firefighting activities or provide medical emergency services.
(b)Subchapter L , Chapter 49 , Water Code, does not apply to the district.
