Sec. 3902.056. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES.
(a)The board may compensate each director in an amount not to exceed $50 for each board meeting. The total amount of compensation for each director in a calendar year may not exceed $2,000.
(b)A director is entitled to reimbursement for actual expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred while engaging in activities on behalf of the district under a policy established by the board.
