Sec. 3869.057. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR DIRECTORS.

(a)The district may compensate each initial and each appointed voting director in an amount not to exceed $50 for each board meeting. The total amount of compensation per appointed director per year may not exceed $2,000. The district may not compensate a director serving ex officio.
(b)An initial or appointed voting director is entitled to reimbursement for necessary and reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of a director. A director serving ex officio is not entitled to reimbursement.
(c)The district may obtain and pay for comprehensive general liability insurance coverage from commercial insurance companies or other sources that protect and insure the directors against per
