Sec. 3851.104. RULES; ENFORCEMENT.

(a)The district may adopt and enforce rules:
(1)to administer or operate the district;
(2)for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's properties and facilities; or
(3)to provide for public safety and security in the district.
(b)The district may enforce its rules by injunctive relief.
