Sec. 3847.054. QUORUM.
(a)Section 375.071 , Local Government Code, does not apply to the district.
(b)One-half of the board constitutes a quorum.
(c)Except as provided by Section 3847.152 , a concurrence of a majority of a quorum is required for any official district action.
(d)Nonvoting directors are not counted for the purposes of establishing a board quorum.
