Sec. 3846.104. CONTRACTS; GRANTS; DONATIONS.

(a)The district may contract with any person, including a municipality, county, other political subdivision, or corporation, to accomplish the purposes of this chapter on terms and for the period the board determines, including contracting for the payment, repayment, or reimbursement of costs incurred by the person on behalf of the district, including all or part of the costs of an improvement project, from tax proceeds or any other specified source of money.
(b)The district may make application for and contract with a person to receive, administer, and perform the district's duties under a federal, state, local, or private gift, grant, loan, conveyance, transfer, bequest, donation, or other financial arrangement relating to the investigation,
