Sec. 3845.051. GOVERNING BODY; TERMS.

(a)The district is governed by a board of seven voting directors. Four directors are elected as provided by Section 3845.052 and three directors are appointed as provided by Section 3845.053 .
(b)Elected directors serve staggered terms of four years.
(c)Appointed directors serve three-year terms and may be appointed for subsequent terms.
