Sec. 3842.052. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS.

(a)The mayor and members of the governing body of the City of Nassau Bay shall appoint voting directors. A person is appointed if a majority of the members of the governing body, including the mayor, vote to appoint that person.
(b)Section 375.063 , Local Government Code, does not apply to the district.
