Sec. 3839.101. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION POWERS. The district may exercise the powers given to an industrial development corporation under Chapter 505 , Local Government Code, including the power to own, operate, acquire, construct, lease, improve, or maintain a project described by that chapter.
