Sec. 3837.101. EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES.
(a)The district may acquire, construct, or finance an educational facility or a site or appurtenance for an educational facility to benefit the district.
(b)The district may convey the facility, site, or appurtenance to a school district that contains territory in the West Ranch Management District.
