Sec. 3814.051. BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

(a)The district is governed by a board of:
(1)nine voting directors appointed under Section 3814.052 ; and
(2)nonvoting directors as provided by Section 3814.053 .
(b)If the board determines that it is in the best interest of the district, the board by resolution may increase or decrease the number of directors on the board except that the board may not consist of fewer than seven or more than 15 directors.
