Sec. 11007.109. EMINENT DOMAIN.

(a)To carry out a power conferred by this chapter, the district may exercise the power of eminent domain inside or outside the district to acquire the fee simple title to land, or any other interest in land as determined by the board, and other property and easements, necessary for water wells, water or sewer treatment plants, water or sewer lines, pumping stations and force mains, storage tanks, or other similar facilities.
(b)The district must exercise the power of eminent domain in the manner provided by Chapter 21 , Property Code.
