Sec. 11007.053. BOARD RESOLUTIONS; VOTING REQUIREMENTS.
(a)The district shall act through orders or resolutions adopted by the board.
(b)All directors are entitled to vote.
(c)The affirmative vote of a majority of the directors in attendance, but not fewer than four directors, is necessary to adopt an order or resolution.
