Sec. 11005.152. PERMITS.
(a)The district may obtain through appropriate proceedings an appropriation permit or a diversion permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
(b)The district may acquire a water appropriation permit from a permit owner by contract or otherwise.
