Sec. 11005.105. REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
(a)After reasonable notice and a public hearing, the board may remove a director from office for misfeasance, malfeasance, or wilful neglect of duty.
(b)Reasonable notice and a public hearing are not required if the notice and hearing are expressly waived in writing.
