Sec. 11003.106. OFFICERS AND ASSISTANTS.
(a)The board shall elect a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer at the first meeting of the board in March of each year or at any time necessary to fill a vacancy.
(b)The board shall elect the president and vice president from among the directors. The president shall serve for a term of one year.
(c)The offices of secretary and treasurer:
(1)may be held by one person; and
(2)are not required to be held by a director.
(d)The board may appoint as assistant board secretary one or more persons who are not directors.
