Sec. 1098.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM.
(a)The district is governed by a board of five directors elected from the district at large by place.
(b)Directors serve staggered three-year terms.
(c)A directors' election shall be held annually on the May uniform election date prescribed by Section 41.001 , Election Code, or another date authorized by law.
