Sec. 1096.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM.
(a)The district is governed by a board of seven directors elected from the district at large.
(b)Each even-numbered year, on the May uniform election date or another date authorized by law, the appropriate number of directors shall be elected.
(c)Directors serve staggered four-year terms.
