Sec. 1081.112. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR HOSPITALIZATION.
(a)The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside the district's boundaries for the hospitalization of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.
(b)The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the hospital treatment of a sick or injured person.
